Dear participants,

Please find enclosed organizational information about the congress.
 
Venues:  

The opening (Monday morning) and closing (Friday afternoon) of the congress will take place in Hörsaalgebäude Conti-Campus, Königsworther Platz 1, 30167 Hannover (tram line 4 or 5 (underground), tram stop "Königsworther Platz").

The sections will also take place on the Conti campus, in the  Conti Hochhaus and in  the  Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen  Fakultät,  Königsworther  Platz  1,  30167 Hannover.

The public evening lecture (Wednesday evening) and the VGH Dissertation Prize Awards (Thursday evening) will take place in Lichthof, Hauptgebäude der Leibniz Universität,  Welfengarten  1,  30167  Hannover  (tram  lines  4  or  5,  tram  stop "Leibniz Universität").

The main building of the Leibniz University is a 10-minute walk from the Conti campus. You can also take the tram (1 stop, line 4 or 5, tram stops "Leibniz Universität" and "Königsworther Platz").

Meeting on Sunday:  

You  can  already  meet  on  Sunday  in  the  restaurant  Ständige  Vertretung (Friedrichswall 10, 30159 Hannover) from 6 pm.
 
Congress office / Registration:

The congress office can be found on the Conti campus in the Niedersachsensaal (Raum  1501.000.A003,  Wirtschaftswissenschaftliche  Fakultät,  Königsworther Platz  1,  30167,  Hannover).  It  is  open  at  the  times  indicated  below.  You  can register from July 31, 2023 from 9:00 am.  

July 31 – August 4: 9:00 am – 6:30 pm.

August 5: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
 
Congress fees:

Participants who have not yet transferred the congress fee of € 60.00 (discount for  students:  €  30.00)  to  our  account  (Leibniz  Society,  IBAN: DE49250601800000070946, BIC: HALLDE2H) are asked to do so now – by 10 th  July 2023 at the latest.

However, you can also pay in cash when registering for the congress. Please have the exact amount ready as we will not have change available.
 
Excursions:  

On Saturday, August 5, 2023, two excursions will take place. If you would like to take part in an excursion, please send us a message by 10 th  July 2023 at the latest, as there is only a limited number of places. The participation fee is 15 € each and is to be paid in cash on site at the congress office.
 
Programme and Reader:

Under the link you will find our provisional programme (Version from 30 June 2023).

The link to the online edition of the Reader will be announced later.
 
Further reminder on publishing your address or email address in the program:

The programme will be available in printed form and will be put online. If you have not already contacted us, the institute address you have submitted and the e-mail address through which this circular reaches you will be published in the program. Please contact us by July 10 th  at the latest if you do not want us to publish  this  information.  Otherwise,  you  indicate  that  you  agree  to  its publication.
 
Presentations:

Please  submit  presentations  for  talks  only  as  a  PDF  or  Powerpoint.  No  Mac formats please.
